Two Proofs of Value tell a sponsor what a limited period held at two companies. The months after decide whether the agents earn their place. Investigator traces each confirmed error to its cause and recommends a correction that also addresses recurrence, and the other agents keep watching for the next one.
Each company's month
Every day. Matcher reconciles new bank, processor and ERP activity to its documents. Spend Guard screens bills for duplicates and price drift and requests an Inbox-approved hold before the payment run. Sentinel flags unusual vendor-bank changes and payment patterns for review. Each company's Inbox holds the decisions that need its own people, with the evidence attached.
Through the month. Entitlement recalculates rebates and credits as purchases land and assembles supported claims. Deduction tests short payments against invoices, agreements and delivery evidence. Revenue Assurance checks that delivered work reaches an invoice. Claims go out only after an authorised approver at the company signs off. Cash Pilot keeps the 13-week cash forecast current, and its recommendations carry no payment authority.
At month-end. Close Orchestrator keeps tasks, reconciliations and sign-offs moving, and routes decisions to the Inbox without certifying an incomplete close. Journal prepares accruals from specialist schedules and hands approved entries back as an import file each company's team loads. Flux Analyst explains movements against the prior period, the three-month average and plan. Sign-off waits for the CFO, with remaining exceptions and blockers visible. A day-15 lender package needs a close that stays ready all month.
Packages for the portfolio
Growth Basic runs the core agent workforce plus selected agents at one entity. Growth Pro runs all fifteen, with Agent Studio in early access and performance reviews from Eve. Enterprise adds multi-entity, multi-ERP and consolidation through the Console, self-host or private cloud, a custom approval matrix, SSO and SCIM, and a security review. Rever prices on scope, not seats, and everyone who reviews, approves or audits the work can be in Rever. Pricing follows the Proof of Value; rever.ai/pricing lists the packages.
Each company keeps its own profile: its own materiality and approval paths in Settings, and its own SOPs, drafted by Eve and confirmed by its process owners. Consolidation sits on top, and each company's rules stay its own.
Agent Studio at each company
Every portfolio company carries work no product ships: the lender-package chase, the covenant check, the monthly pack a board member asks for. Agent Studio, in early access on Growth Pro and Enterprise, turns that work into an agent in four steps. A finance user describes the need. Eve builds the workflow from automations already in Rever, records the SOP and names lead and support agents. She deploys the agent under the same read-only connections and Inbox approvals as the fifteen. The agent starts as an observer, and Eve promotes or demotes it on its results, while Auditor tests it and Steward monitors it.
A chase that works at the platform can be described to Eve again at the add-on. There it runs under the add-on's own SOP and approvals and builds its own record.
Each CFO approves their own
The sponsor recommends the two companies, reads the two reports and decides whether to add a third. Each portfolio company CFO approves their own engagement, their own claims and their own postings. The identified versus recovered article shows why a buyer's diligence team looks for that, and the PE guide lays out the whole sponsor sequence.
Bring two companies, their ERPs and their CFOs.
